Emily Cooks: American Girl Swedish Dinner. :)
Yes, sometimes I cook out of kids’ cookbooks. I admit it! But this is one of the more genius things—two dishes, both done in about 30 minutes, and YUMMY! These are from Kirsten’s American Girl cookbook. She was a Swedish Immigrant who settled in Minnesota with her family, so her recipes have a sort of Scandinavian flair.  Baked Ham Slice (serves 2-4, depending on size of...

Med update
So, another follow-up appointment at Children’s today.  PFTs are sort of better, sort of not. The numbers are inconsistent. The chest XR, however, does look better. Seven Quick Takes Friday
1) My desk is up! Thanks to my dad for putting it together for me. :) Pics are forthcoming. I”m really happy that the library/book room is coming together. Last big piece is the new bookshelf. 2) While Dad did that, Mom and I made grandma’s Christmas gift, and went for a walk. It was such a pretty day here.  3) I even had the windows open! Almost all day! 4) I did NOT go shopping....
