Seven Quick Takes Friday XXV

  1. I like Baked Parmesan and Tuscan Herb chips. :)
  2. I also like gas that is $1.97!!!!! Woooo!
  3. This is the first weekend in about a month where there is nothing planned. Nowhere I absolutely have to be, except Church. This is a wonderful thing.
  4. I got a letter from P today. That always makes me happy.
  5. Summit—> 6 days! A week from today I’ll be there, and probably in bed! 5:20 comes early!
  6. Read The Hunger Games last night and am now addicted. Catching Fire and Mockingjay on tap for tomorrow. So, I guess that sort of negates #3, because I’ll be definitely reading!
  7. Cooking for the weekend: Not really cooking, but I want to try Curtis Stone’s Peach and Mint “Iced Tea”. IT’s not really tea..it’s water with mint seeped into it for 30 minutes, and then a peach puree, then blended together. But it sounds yummy.
